Returns & Exchange
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and custom writing services, all sales are final. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless explicitly stated in this policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the description, understand the type of product or service, consent to immediate digital delivery or service initiation, and waive refunds based on personal dissatisfaction.
2. Digital Product Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded. This includes but is not limited to Narrative Kits, Zines, Personal Stories, Prompt Bundles, all downloads, and any digital creative content. The following do not qualify for refunds: “I didn’t read the description,” “I bought the wrong item,” “I expected something different,” “I don’t like the content,” “It wasn’t what I imagined,” emotional responses, technical issues on the user’s device, or lost files. Customers are responsible for safely storing and backing up files.
3. Refunds for Services
Refunds for services (such as Narrative Blueprints or custom commissions) are at my discretion:
0% started → Full refund
Light progress → Up to 50% refund
Moderate progress → Up to 30% refund
Significant progress or completed → No refund
Creative dissatisfaction does not qualify; decisions are final; excessive revision requests may incur fees.
4. Chargebacks
Chargebacks are prohibited except in verified cases of fraud. Unauthorized chargebacks may revoke licenses, ban future purchases, and, if applicable, lead to legal action. Contact me at Dabblerwitch@gmail.com before any dispute.
5. Exchanges
Digital products cannot be exchanged. Service exchanges (switching services mid-project) are case-by-case and may require additional payment.
6. Technical Issues
I am not responsible for failed downloads, device incompatibilities, loss of access due to user error, or deleted/misplaced files. If a technical error occurs on my end, a corrected file or redelivery will be provided.
